Champ Camp is back for another season, and I am eager to get started!! We will be back at Armatage Park in June, and I am looking forward to another year with you all!

The full program this summer will include 29 sessions to take place over 12 weeks. Our workouts will be varied, and will increase in intensity as we work through the summer. In addition to our group programming, all Champ Camp participants will also have access to MBC’s Sunday yoga class - a great way to recover from a tough week of training, and prep for a new week! As always, we will work hard and have fun! 

The first two weeks off camp are programmed as a traditional bootcamp - an “intensive” of 5 days on, 2 days off, repeat. This year, the Thursday morning sessions for the first two weeks will include a short HIIT or circuit workout, followed by 35 minutes of yoga.

Starting June 27th, the schedule shifts to 2x/week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The first session of the 2-week intensive will take place on Monday, June 12th and the last session of the summer will take place on Thursday, August 31st. Specific dates and pricing are listed below. 

Dates/Times:

• June 12-16 & 19-23 / Monday-Friday / 6am

• June 27-August 31 / Tuesday & Thursday / 6am

• There will be NO training session on Tuesday, July 4th.

Pricing:

• $575 for full program (29 sessions over 12 weeks)

OR

• $219 for first two weeks ONLY (June 12-23)

• $399 for follow-up 10 weeks ONLY (June 27-August 31)
