It's BAAAACK!!! Champ Camp is just around the corner and I can't wait! Due to COVID-19, there are a few things that will look a little different this year (see below). However, we have spoken to the administration and Armatage Park has given us a green light to proceed for the summer. I am so excited that we can continue calling this park home for another round of Champ Camp!
The full program will include 30 sessions to take place over 12 weeks. Our workouts will range from interval and circuit training to body weight strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning - all the stuff you've come to know and love from workouts with me. We will work hard. And we will, as always, have fun!
The first two weeks of the program will be traditional bootcamp style - 5 days on, 2 days off, repeat. After this initial push, we will shift to twice weekly workouts to happen on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The first two weeks begin on Monday, June 15 and the last session of the summer will take place on Thursday, September 3 - the Thursday before Labor Day. Specific dates and pricing are listed below. Because of restrictions related to COVID-19, we will train slightly differently this summer. Here are some of the things we are doing to make this experience safe for everyone:
We will use green space, parking lot and sidewalks, but will steer clear of the playground and skate park.
We will not use any shared equipment. I encourage you to bring a mat or towel each time you train. Some workouts will require you to bring equipment from home. I know we don’t all have dumbbells and kettlebells at home, so no worries! I will send you more details as we get closer to our start date about how you can find things in your home that are easy to bring with you.
We will adhere to social distancing guidelines and distinct spaces will be marked for each of you to work in each day.
The group will be limited to 24 people (25 including your coach).
Coaches will wear a mask and encourage you all to do the same if you wish.

$500 for full program (30 sessions over 12 weeks)
