Class Schedule
While it is not required, pre-registration for classes is strongly encouraged. Classes will start promptly at their scheduled times and run for 55-60 minutes. Late arrivals more than 10 minutes after class has begun will have to wait for the next class.

Please mind the following gym protocols and best practices:
Pre-registration is encouraged for all in-person classes.
Class cancellations less than 12 hours before class start will result in loss of that class pass.
Please bring your own gloves, hand wraps, if you have them, as well as a water bottle and towel. New wraps and gloves are available for purchase at the gym.
Please clean your equipment and space after your workout. We want to keep the gym a clean and safe space for everyone.
Be respectful of your fellow athletes. Move mindfully around others in class and do your best to share equipment when it is in high demand.
