Class Schedule


While it is not required, pre-registration for classes is strongly encouraged. Classes will start promptly at their scheduled times and run for 55-60 minutes. Late arrivals more than 10 minutes after class has begun will have to wait for the next class.

Please mind the following gym protocols and best practices:

  • Pre-registration is encouraged for all in-person classes.  

  • Class cancellations less than 12 hours before class start will result in loss of that class pass.

  • Please bring your own gloves, hand wraps, if you have them, as well as a water bottle and towel. New wraps and gloves are available for purchase at the gym.

  • Please clean your equipment and space after your workout. We want to keep the gym a clean and safe space for everyone.

  • Be respectful of your fellow athletes. Move mindfully around others in class and do your best to share equipment when it is in high demand.
