FREE LIVE ONLINE WORKOUTS
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to bring you live, interactive classes. No special equipment is needed beyond items you can find in your own home! Using just your own body and a little bit of space we continue to deliver the same, high-intensity sessions you have grown accustomed to in the gym. We have built a broad community by creating virtual spaces for you to interact with your coaches, and with each other.
PRIVATE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY
Join our community to access a vast library of recorded workouts. New workouts are posted weekly, and will remain available for 30 days from when they were recorded. You can also utilize this page to ask questions of your coaches and fellow athletes, stay accountable to your daily training, or find and share inspiration and ideas to keep you healthy in both body and mind, even when you’re not in the gym.

VIRTUAL DROP-IN
While we do not currently charge for our virtual content, most people who participate hold some sort of membership with the gym. If you are not a member, but want to pay for your participation Virtual Drop-In is a way to do that. Think of it as an at-will donation for virtual classes. We are grateful for every gesture of support!
